Limited Collection Items: Products marked as Limited Collection, Exclusive Drop, or Limited Release may be final sale as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Digital Products

Digital Products include, but are not limited to:

• Digital Codes

• Activation Codes

• Access Codes

• Subscription Keys

• Digital Wallet Credits

• Account Credentials and Pre-Activated Accounts

Once a digital code, access key, subscription, or account credentials have been issued, delivered, accessed, or successfully transmitted, the product is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, except where required under applicable UAE law.

We are not responsible for customer errors during redemption, incorrect account input, failure to follow provided instructions, device incompatibility, regional restrictions, service provider policy changes, or loss resulting from sharing of codes or account details with third parties.

We reserve the right to investigate and verify any claimed technical issue before issuing any replacement, correction, or support, at our sole discretion.

We may cancel, suspend, or refuse digital orders where fraud, suspicious activity, resale activity, misuse, or chargeback abuse is suspected.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

You agree to contact us to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

6. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases made.

We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion differences, declined transactions, or third-party payment processor errors.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or incorrect customer-provided information.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. Carrier confirmation of delivery shall constitute proof of delivery.

Elite Authentic Trading L.L.C operates independently and is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Elite Authentic Trading L.L.C.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Elite Authentic Trading L.L.C and release Shopify from related claims.

11. User Feedback

If you submit reviews, feedback, or content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for:

• Unlawful purposes
• Fraud or payment manipulation
