Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through Elite Authentic Trading L.L.C (“we”, “us”, or “our”) in the United Arab Emirates.
1. Returns – Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical items. You have 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, accessories, components, and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
All returned items are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returns sent without prior written approval may not be accepted.
2. Limited Collection / Exclusive Drop Items
Items marked as Limited Collection, Exclusive Drop, or Limited Release are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon delivery, in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
3. Digital Products
All Digital Product sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

Access Codes

Subscription Keys

Digital Wallet Credits

Account Credentials and Pre-Activated Accounts
Due to the nature of Digital Products, once a digital code, access key, subscription, digital credit, or account credentials have been issued, delivered, accessed, or successfully transmitted, the product cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged, except where required under applicable UAE law.
We are not responsible for:

Customer errors during redemption

Regional restrictions

Service provider policy changes

Loss resulting from sharing codes or account details
If you experience a verified technical issue, you must contact us and provide your order number. We reserve the right to review, investigate, and independently verify any reported issue before issuing any replacement or corrective action at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend Digital Product orders where fraud, suspicious activity, resale activity, misuse, or chargeback abuse is suspected.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
All claims are subject to review and verification.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If an order originally qualified for free shipping and a return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Elite Authentic Trading L.L.C is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Returns that are incomplete, damaged, used, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction
We reserve the right to withhold refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or policy violations.
