Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UAE public holidays.

During high-volume periods, limited collection releases, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

We reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy abuse.

2. Shipping Within the United Arab Emirates

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Estimated delivery time is typically 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier performance. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Free Local Delivery: Orders with a total value of AED 1000 or more (after discounts and before returns) qualify for free standard delivery within the UAE.

If a partial return reduces the original order total below AED 1000, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free shipping promotions at any time.

4. Delivery Delays

Elite Authentic is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability
  • Customs or government actions
  • Force majeure events (including natural disasters, strikes, and public emergencies)

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Address changes after order processing are not guaranteed and may not be possible once an order is dispatched.

If an incorrect address results in a return-to-sender or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, refusal, or inability to contact the recipient:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery (subject to courier policy)
  • Additional delivery fees may apply
  • The order may be returned to us

Reshipping returned packages may require payment of new shipping charges.

7. Risk of Loss & Proof of Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Courier tracking updates and/or carrier delivery confirmation (including delivery scans or delivery status) constitute proof of delivery.

Elite Authentic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.

8. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping timelines.

Where applicable, you may be required to contact us after purchase and provide your order number to receive your digital key or account.
